We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you create a LifeCircle account. We also collect information automatically, including device identifiers, app usage data, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service reliable.
2Location Data & How We Use It
LifeCircle's core purpose is real-time location sharing. We collect precise GPS, wifi, and cellular positioning data only from members who have joined a circle and enabled sharing. Location data is used exclusively to power live maps, geofence alerts, SOS notifications, and driving reports for the circles you belong to.
Location history is retained according to your subscription tier and can be cleared at any time from your account settings.
4Data Security
All location and account data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication and continuous security monitoring.
5Your Rights & Choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from within the app, or by contacting our support team. You can also disable location sharing or leave a circle whenever you choose.
6Children's Privacy
LifeCircle's Kid Tracking mode is designed for use by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor. A verified adult circle owner must create and manage any profile for a family member under 13, in compliance with applicable children's privacy laws.
7Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account remains active. Location history is retained according to your plan (up to 7 days on Platinum) and permanently deleted afterward unless you choose to export it first.

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, along with limited analytics cookies to help us understand aggregate usage trends. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email prior to taking effect. Continued use of LifeCircle after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
